Straight from Korea comes the LG P-300 to take on the Macbook Air and X300. The superlight notebook measures just 1.6 kilograms which is lighter than the Macbook Air. It also knocks the competition when it comes to performance to start with it has a 13.3 inch TFT and is powered by a 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo processor and NVIDIA’s GeForce 8600M GS graphics. It comes with 2 Gigs of RAM and 250 GB SATA hard drive. It has a black rose pattern design on the cover and aluminum finish for the edges. Other features include LED backlit LCD display, Bluetooth 2.0, stereo speakers, and an integrated 1.3MP webcam. Unfortunately it takes a beating when it comes to battery life. No word on pricing and availability but it goes without saying it will be cheap.
