Be that as it may, they’re both clear-cut upgrades from W offerings of yore, featuring FM radio with RDS reception, media playback with microSD expansion, and Motorola’s CrystalTalk noise reduction tech. The W230 does the formula in a candybar form factor with interchangeable faceplates, the W270 adds a hinge into the mix. Both should be available this quarter; pricing wasn’t announced, but will likely be set by Moto’s local distributors.
